This almost 6 acre property has great year round access, is only about a mile and a half from town and is at the end of a cul de sac dead end road. Very private spot and only a couple minutes to town and electric is just across the road. The property is all covered with big mature pinion pine trees a few cedars and a little sage brush. It has a nice flat area right off the road that would make a great build or camping site. The views of the 14ers, Mt Blanca and Mt Lindsey are awesome. The Sand Dunes National Park is only about a 30 minute drive and the Mountain Home Reservoir is only 5 minutes down the road for great fishing and hiking.
